Acc:1 "The Bad Effect Of Sleep"




Sleep is an unconscious condition that a person is not just a situation of restful in a activity, but it can to stimulate cognitive abilities.

Sleep also has disandvantages to our health. Usually, people who get less sleep and excess sleep much on his health.

People who get less sleep usually headache and impaired concentration decreased. For elderly people who usually frequent senile. For children are usually emotionally unstable, easily tired and not immune to the disease. Even more severe, lack of sleep can lead disease such as heart disease and diabetes. Many people call the people who get less sleep with insomnia.

People who excess sleep much usually disease often experience chest pain (angina ) , stroke, obesity , and hypertension . Oversleeping can headache. Even more severe, oversleeping can lead disease such as heart disease and diabetes.

            To release the problemmany people give suggestion to have healty sleep. And the sugestions are : arrange the sleep time, sleep in the right position, and eat nutrisious foods to increase the quality of our sleep.
